Lachelle Phillips is a dedicated nurse, athlete, and coach whose journey in fitness started as a member of the community and quickly grew into a passion for helping others. After joining as an athlete, she discovered a love for strength training and weightlifting, which inspired her to step into the role of coach so she could give back and support others on their fitness journeys.

Outside the gym, Lachelle is a devoted mom and nurse, balancing her professional and family life with the same energy and commitment she brings to her training. Known as a core supporter of her community, she leads with encouragement, compassion, and a drive to see those around her succeed.
